MarmerPoppins is a private family logistics tool operated by Stitched Strategy LLC. It relays school and activity information among the members of a single household. It is not offered to the general public, and it has no public sign-up.

Information collected

Mobile phone numbers of household members and caregivers, and the content of logistics messages sent to or from the household's phone number — for example school notifications, activity schedule changes, and pickup arrangements.

How information is used

Solely to route logistics messages to the appropriate member of the household. Message content is processed to determine urgency and the correct recipient. Messages and routing decisions are retained in a private log so the household can review what was sent and when.

Non-sharing of mobile numbers

Mobile phone numbers are never shared with, sold to, rented to, or disclosed to any third party for any purpose. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used only to deliver messages within the household.

Service providers

Message delivery uses Twilio, and message classification uses Google's Gemini API. These providers process message content solely to deliver that service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Data is stored in Google Firebase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with household activity. Typical volume is fewer than 10 messages per week per recipient.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. Recipients may also ask the household operator directly to be removed at any time.

Children's information

Messages may reference children by first name in the context of household scheduling — for example a pickup time. This information is visible only to the household members who receive the message. It is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared outside the household.

Data retention and security

Data is stored in a private Google Firebase project accessible only to the household operator. Credentials are held in a managed secrets store. Data is retained only as long as it is useful for household coordination.
